Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations Management, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, projects, student organizations, or military service.
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments across North America.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planned rotational assignments across key business functions and manufacturing operations.
• Develop leadership, technical, operational, and business acumen while delivering cross-functional projects.
• Receive mentorship from experienced leaders and engage with senior leadership on project results.
