Job summary

Bray International, Inc. invites engineering graduates to join the Leadership Rotational Excellence Program (LREP) in Houston, TX.

The 18–24 month program features four rotations through Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, and Product Management, with mentorship and hands-on projects designed to accelerate leadership and technical growth. You’ll gain exposure to Bray’s global engineering organization, participate in structured training, and have the opportunity to relocate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required or preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial/Systems.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a passion for engineering excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with leadership potential.
  • Willingness to travel during rotations.

Responsibilities

Program Overview

The LREP is an immersive 18–24 month rotational program based in Houston, TX, crafted to fast-track the development of future technical and business leaders at Bray. This program combines real-world project experience with structured mentorship and training, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of our business and operations.

You’ll rotate through four key business functions:

  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Technical Product Development
  • Product Management

Each rotation offers hands‑on challenges with real impact — preparing you for a successful transition into an engineering role upon program completion.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Systems preferred)
  • Based in the greater Houston, TX area (or willing to relocate) for the duration of the program
  • Open to U.S. relocation post-program
  • Strong technical aptitude and a passion for engineering excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A results‑driven mindset with leadership potential
  • Willingness to travel during rotations
