RR Donnelley & Sons is launching an Associate - Operations-Leadership program in Houston, TX. This full-time, twelve-month training prepares you for an operational leadership position in one of our manufacturing facilities across the United States.

The cohort starts in February 2027 in Houston and offers hands-on rotations through manufacturing, logistics, and other core business areas. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong Microsoft

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Internship in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• Motivated to succeed, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of basic business practices and strong work ethic.
• Written and verbal communication skills; high energy and customer service orientation.
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Learn production rotations and six core plant functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, HR, and finance.
• Shadow roles and perform in rotations to complete each step.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility operations as opportunities arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read publications to deepen understanding of the print and manufacturing industries.
