QXO is seeking a District Sales Manager for the greater Houston area. This field-based role focuses on expanding sales with general contractors and building professionals, while maintaining key accounts and driving revenue growth through proactive territory management.

The role involves frequent local travel, in-field customer visits, and coordination with customer service to ensure a smooth experience. A valid driver’s license and prior outside sales exposure are required.

Formación

• Outside B2B sales experience preferred in construction/building materials or related industries.
• Experience with CRM systems and documenting sales activity.

Responsabilidades

• Expand sales volume and profits within the territory by calling on new and existing customers.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations to customers at all levels.
