QXO, North America's largest distributor and installer of insulation, seeks a District Sales Manager for the greater Houston area. This field-based role involves frequent local travel, calling on customers and prospects, and building long-term relationships to expand sales and profits.

You will develop sales plans, prepare quotes, and use CRM to manage opportunities, with a car allowance and compensation package. Remote work is not indicated; travel is local.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or some college preferred.
• Minimum of one-year outside B2B sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred; demonstrated ability to document and manage sales activity.
• Some overnight travel may be required.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations in the last 3 years.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Safety sensitive position.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with customers including general contractors and builders.
• Increase sales revenue and margins through territory management and new business development.
• Spend significant time in the field calling on customers and prospects in the greater Houston area.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product presentations to customers.
• Use CRM to document calls, opportunities, and pipeline; report weekly activities.
