Job summary

ARDEX Americas is seeking a Salesprofessional to drive field-based sales across Southeast Texas, including Houston, Beaumont, and Lake Charles. You will travel daily, support jobsites, and deliver technical solutions that solve customer challenges.

Role requires 5+ years in outside sales in building materials or related sectors, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. Travel with overnight stays will be required. Home base is Houston.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ outside sales experience in building materials or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn product systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive and grow sales across the territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities via prospecting and jobsite activity.
