Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation and building materials, is hiring a Branch Manager in Houston, TX. The role covers full P&L stewardship, operations leadership, HR, finance, sales, and safety, with travel required regionally.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of managerial experience, a valid driver’s license, and bilingual English/Spanish. You will lead a team, ensure safety and efficiency while driving growth and profitability for the branch.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Branch operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Oversee HR, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, scheduling and collections.
• Lead and develop operations teams; drive safety, efficiency, and results.
• Coordinate with regional managers and leadership to meet targets.
