Qualificações

• B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years’ work experience in the construction industry.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required (may obtain within first year).
• Experience with project manager software.
• Experience with cost projection, scheduling, financial analysis, budget reviews and labor reports.
• Ability to build and manage direct reports.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the PM II with oversight of a construction project by planning, scheduling and coordinating all phases.
• Assist PM I in plan development, provide technical and cost input, and budget estimates.
• Support startup activities and coordinate with the superintendent on site logistics.
• Review subcontractor bids, ensure bonds and insurance, and resolve contract issues.
• Ensure contract terms and specs are met; inspect work and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare monthly pay requests and manage subcontractor payments.
• Develop master construction schedule with Scheduling department and update CPM schedule.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and company policies; take corrective actions.
• Support closeout docs and final reporting.
