Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to establish and lead the Houston 3PL transportation branch. You will build a customer pipeline, launch the market and recruit a high-performing sales team to win enterprise accounts.

Initially remote, the role will transition to hybrid/office-based as the branch grows. You will own pricing, RFPs, and sales strategy, while partnering with operations to deliver exceptional service and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience opening a branch or launching a market.
• Strong knowledge of transportation markets and pricing.

Aufgaben

• Launch and grow the Houston branch.
• Develop new business across truckload, intermodal, warehousing, air and ocean.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and enterprise customers.
• Recruit, coach and lead a team of Account Managers.
• Manage sales strategy, pipeline, pricing, RFPs and profitability.
• Partner with operations to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee the branch’s daily operations as the local team expands.
