SPEC Building Materials Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager in Houston to lead daily operations and drive profitability. You will manage associates, oversee merchandising, budgeting, and customer satisfaction while building relationships with contractors and vendors.

This in-person role requires a BS in Marketing/Sales or Business, plus 2+ years of management experience in building materials distribution. A valid driver’s license and relocation readiness are required.

Formación

• BS in Marketing/Sales, Business or related field is preferred.
• Experience in home building/remodeling industry is a plus.
• Two years of prior management experience in building material distribution is preferred.
