Job summary

Friends For All in Memphis is seeking a Housing Case Manager to evaluate STRMU eligibility across Mississippi, Tennessee and Arkansas, and to organize housing-related data and property records for the Housing program.

You will work with the Client Services team to develop Housing Plans, coordinate with landlords, perform inspections, track leases and subsidies, and ensure compliance with HUD guidelines while maintaining compassionate service for clients.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time professional case management experience preferred.
• Experience working with persons with HIV/AIDS preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility for STRMU and other housing programs per HUD guidelines.
• Develop and update Housing Plans for clients and revise as needed.
• Coordinate with landlords and property management to secure affordable housing.
• Schedule and conduct housing inspections (initial, quarterly, annual).
• Track rent subsidies, lease agreements, and compliance with housing plans.
• Provide referrals to supportive services and assist clients with utilities and services.
