Job summary

The Housing Resource Specialist at Friends of the Family supports program operations by filling gaps across housing and supportive service programs to ensure continuity of services and compliance with funding requirements. You will carry a caseload to deliver case management and supportive services that promote housing stability.

This role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and travel within the state to provide in-person advocacy and connect clients to housing resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessment coverage and connect callers to appropriate services.
• Manage a caseload and provide case management and supportive services to promote housing stability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, referrals, and participant interactions.
• Represent the program at community meetings and travel to training locations within the state.
