Job summary

MNC Inspiring Success is seeking a Housing Case Manager I to serve households at risk of homelessness. The role focuses on connecting clients with housing resources, budgeting assistance, and ongoing case management from enrollment to exit.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 6 months in similar service delivery, and 40 hours weekly with some after-hours availability. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months experience with clients from low-income or impacted backgrounds; SF ERAP a plus.
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday; evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an initial problem-solving conversation with each household seeking services.
• Develop and implement Housing Stability Plans with the household.
• Provide Housing Focused Case Management and connect to community resources.
• Maintain confidential eligibility documentation and input data for reports.
