Job summary

Educational Alliance is seeking a full-time Housing Specialist to support program participants in securing permanent housing. This role involves conducting housing assessments, offering comprehensive case management, and assisting clients with housing applications and counseling.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and two years of real estate or housing experience. Benefits include competitive salary, medical insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Two years of comparable housing or real estate experience.
• One year of experience working with substance use population strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of strengths-based counseling and cognitive behavioral treatment.

Responsibilities

• Identifying permanent housing for program participants.
• Conducting housing assessments to determine participants' needs and readiness.
• Providing comprehensive case management and counseling.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
