Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in housing services or case management.
Experience with HUD regulations and HUD-funded programs preferred.
Proficiency with EHR or housing management software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work with diverse populations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive housing needs assessments and document findings.
Develop individualized housing plans with clients in collaboration with case managers and social workers.
Provide ongoing housing support and coordinate with landlords and service providers.
Maintain accurate records and ensure HUD grant compliance.
