Women In Need, Inc. (Win) seeks a Social Service Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers within Transitional Housing programs in New York. You will provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to deliver high-quality housing-focused case management services.

Qualifications

• MSW or related degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience providing counseling, case management, or residential services to families and individuals.
• Prior supervisory experience or demonstrated success leading and developing staff.
• Strong knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC).
• Familiarity with entitlement systems, housing resources, and community-based service networks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Case Managers to ensure high-quality, housing-focused case management services.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and facilitate weekly case conferences to address client needs and housing barriers.
• Champion and implement Evidence-Based Practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care throughout service delivery.
• Provide crisis intervention and direct client support as needed, including individual and group counseling services.
• Monitor assessments, ILPs, case records, and documentation to ensure compliance with DHS, OTDA, and Win standards.
• Audit CARES records and client charts to maintain program quality and audit readiness.
• Cultivate partnerships with community providers to connect families with housing, mental health, and substance use resources.
• Support program operations, housing initiatives, reporting requirements, and leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Program Director.
