Women In Need (Win) in New York, NY is seeking a Program Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a transitional family residence. You will ensure the program runs safely and effectively, compliant with OTDA, DHS, and Win standards.

You will manage a diverse team, coordinate with partners, and drive outcomes toward housing, employment, and family stability goals while maintaining high-quality services and documentation.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher.
• At least five years in human services with three years in supervisory role and budget management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary team, including Social Service Supervisors, Housing Coordinators, and Case Managers.
• Integrate services across employment, childcare, and recreation to support client outcomes.
• Coach, train, and develop staff to drive high performance and growth.
• Champion and implement Evidence-Based Practices, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Monitor program performance toward housing, employment, and family stability goals.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with program standards (CARES).
• Build partnerships with community providers and stakeholders to expand support services.
• Oversee program operations to maintain a safe, compliant environment for residents and staff.
