The Salvation Army USA Western Territory in Everett, WA is seeking a regular full-time EMP Case Manager for the Motel Program. You will provide trauma-informed, housing-focused case management to single adults experiencing homelessness, aiming for housing stability and increased income, with data entry in WellSky/HMIS.

Responsibilities include developing service plans, coordinating resources, and mentoring other case managers while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred or 2+ years in social services.
• Experience with homelessness services and housing navigation is preferred.
• Trauma-informed care and HIPAA basics are beneficial.

Mansioni

• Provide trauma-informed, housing-focused case management and connect clients to resources.
• Develop and monitor individualized service plans and necessary referrals.
• Maintain accurate case notes and HMIS/WellSky records.
• Coordinate with the Client Services Manager and train staff as needed.
• Support clients toward self-sufficiency and permanent housing exits.
