Job summary

The Salvation Army in Everett, WA is seeking a Regular Full-Time Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, housing-focused services to adults experiencing homelessness. This non-exempt role performs comprehensive intake, service planning, and ongoing case management to help clients achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records in HMIS/WellSky, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum: bachelor’s degree in social work or human services or 2+ years in social services/case management.
• Experience with homelessness or housing programs is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ethics in care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management including intake, ISP, and service coordination.
• Monitor client progress, update plans, and adjust actions as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate case notes in systems (HMIS/WellSky).
• Collaborate with staff and train others as needed.
• Engage clients in housing-first strategies and trauma-informed care.
