Job summary

Share's Affordable Housing & Stability programs use the Housing First model to move the most vulnerable houseless individuals into housing, with case management support to stabilize them and prevent homelessness. The Case Manager will perform complex duties, engage in conflict resolution, maintain compliance with funder requirements, and support clients in obtaining permanent housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related case management experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications such as SOAR Advocate Training.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex case management duties and administrative work.
• Engage in conflict resolutions when it arises.
• Assist in maintaining department compliance with contract and funder requirements.
• Support clients in obtaining and securing permanent housing.
• Assist clients with housing navigation and overcoming barriers to housing access.
• Promote long-term housing stability through individualized case planning.
• Maintain an active caseload and timely eligibility assessments.
• Compute benefits and payments in accordance with program guidelines.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and service needs.

Education

Bachelor's degree

2-3 years of related experience
