You will work with individuals and families, guiding them from housing search through stability, linking benefits and community resources, and coordinating with landlords and service partners.

Qualifications

• Experience using case management in housing or homeless services is preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of guests' needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Provide housing navigation and tenancy support to help participants secure housing.
• Educate on tenant rights, lease requirements, and rent payment processes.
• Develop and implement individualized housing stability plans with participants.
• Maintain documentation in Salesforce, ONE System, and related systems.
