Job summary

The Salvation Army of the Twin Cities is seeking a Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) Case Manager to help develop, implement, and oversee the RRH program. You will empower participants to access housing and community resources, and complete Coordinated Entry assessments in collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Must be licensed by the state board if the degree is in social work.
• Previous experience in social services required.
• Experience providing long-term case management preferred.
• Must pass background checks, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Housing placement and community partnerships through referrals and housing placements.
• Case management and participant support with Coordinated Entry assessments and individualized housing stability plans.
• Documentation and data management with accurate case files and database entry.
• Program and community engagement through meetings, trainings, and community activities.
