Job summary

Victory Programs, Inc. seeks a Housing Stabilization Case Manager to coordinate direct case management services for residents transitioning from shelter to permanent housing. The role includes housing search, move-in support, and coordination with landlords and service providers.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, follow the agency’s Housing First philosophy, and support clients for up to 24 months after exiting shelter to promote stability and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent advocacy experience.
• Experience in housing search, stabilization and retention, and SUD services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver direct case management services for residents post-shelter.
• Identify housing options, contact landlords, and view units with clients.
• Support rapid re-housing with rent assistance and move-in services.
• Document plans, referrals, and progress with measurable goals.
• Attend team meetings and participate in supervision and trainings.
