Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all Case Managers at the Emergency Shelter.
• Assigns and supervises daily work tasks to case managers.
• Manages logs, reports, and client files of shelter clients.
• Develops and maintains a community referral list for housing resources.
• Leads coordination with TSA Case Managers and Navigators for document readiness.
• Establishes and maintains a housing referral system for clients.
