Coordinated Care Agency seeks a Program Manager to oversee daily program operations, supervise 4–5 housing case managers, and ensure compliance with organizational and grant requirements. The role includes direct client support, advocacy, and coverage as acting Program Director when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field is required.
• At least 1 year of supervision experience and ability to manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to program Case Managers and interns.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure program compliance with contracts.
• Enter and audit client data in databases and respond to data corrections.
• Review and approve rent assistance payments per guidelines.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and support staff well-being.
