Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with social service or housing programs.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen clients for housing resources and eligibility.
• Maintain and update a database of housing resources.
• Perform timely intake and document client information in agency systems.
• Refer clients to the Department of Client Services for services.
• Follow up with clients within two business days of initial contact.
• Assist with audits and prepare mandated reports.
• Collaborate with housing providers to expand resource roster.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information.
• Travel to potential housing sites as needed.
• Generate monthly program updates and reporting.
