Job summary

AID Atlanta Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to deliver enhanced case management and housing support for clients living with HIV/AIDS under the HOPWA HINT program.

The role focuses on coordinated housing, medical access, and social services to promote housing stability and health outcomes. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience in social work or case management, with strong advocacy, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services-related field and 1–2 years of field experience.
• Experience with HIV/HOPWA/HINT programs preferred.
• Ability to coordinate housing and medical services for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service coordination, coaching and life skills support to people living with HIV/AIDS needing housing assistance.
• Provide site-based enhanced and intensive case management for HOPWA HINT members.
• Manage a caseload of up to 30 members and conduct initial assessments.
• Assist with housing applications, TBRA subsidies, and inspections; coordinate paperwork.
