Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned staff and conducts meetings and training.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates program services; coordinates case management.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and audits programs.
• Builds partnerships with community agencies and other Salvation Army facilities.
• Manages billing questions and assists with emergency intakes when needed.
