The role involves assisting with volunteers, maintaining a clean dining area, and coordinating housing plans, with potential overnight shifts based on needs.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Security training or experience preferred.
• Experience helping or working with homeless population.
• Able to speak, write and understand English.
• Basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with management of client volunteers.
• Monitor dining area cleanliness.
• Assist clients with housing, information, referrals.
• Use HMIS (CaseWorthy and Clarity).
• Follow up on client progress and report to management.
• Develop Housing Plan with clients to move toward permanent housing.
• Complete incident reports, maintenance requests, notes in HMIS.
• May cover overnight shifts as needed.
