Aufgaben

• Identify and engage landlords to develop sufficient affordable housing reserves for agencywide clients, with focus on HUD VASH/Veteran clients.
• Understand landlord-tenant law, rental contracts, and fair housing requirements; assist landlords, program participants, and case managers.
• Monitor compliance with HUD standards by owners, landlords, and property management companies.
• Maintain linkage between Agency, case manager, landlord and client.
• Develop and maintain a database/listing of available housing reserves for clients.
• Coordinate and perform Housing Quality Standards Inspections.
• Maintain required legal and administrative records and HMIS data.
• Network and collaborate with other agencies and represent the agency at community functions.
