Job summary

Vincentian CARES seeks an Overnight Navigator II in St. Petersburg, FL. You will manage intake/discharge activities, set Housing Plans, track client progress, and work with PHMIS to document cases and services.

The role involves assisting up to 120 clients in a dorm-like setting, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring safe, clean service areas. A High School diploma or GED is required and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Security training and/or experience in security is preferred.
• Experience helping or working with homeless population is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Register all new clients during shift with demographics and housing info.
• Set attainable goals and monitor progress of clients.
• Assist with management of client volunteers.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and lounge.
