Job summary

Akido Labs is hiring Housing Navigators to support Community Supports Housing programs in Los Angeles County and Kern County. This in-person role helps members experiencing homelessness transition into housing and sustain tenancy, coordinating with landlords and health plans.

Responsibilities include conducting housing assessments, developing Housing Plans, guiding deposits and move-in steps, and ongoing tenancy support while aligning with program guidelines and billing requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in housing navigation, case management, social services, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of homeless services systems.
• Familiarity with VI-SPDAT and Coordinated Entry.

Responsibilities

• Housing transition navigation and tenancy planning.
• Assist with housing searches, applications, and documentation.
• Coordinate move-in logistics and landlord engagement.
• Provide tenancy support and monitor housing stability.
• Documentation and billing in program systems.
