Job summary

Akido Labs, Inc. is hiring Housing Navigators to support Community Supports programs in Los Angeles County and Kern County. You’ll work with members, landlords, care teams, and partners to facilitate Housing Transition Navigation Services and tenancy support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in housing navigation or social services, strong documentation skills, and a valid driver's license. This role blends fieldwork with remote coordination in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in housing navigation, case management or related social services.
• Familiar with homelessness systems and CalAIM Community Supports.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct housing assessments to identify needs and barriers.
• Complete Housing Plans and coordinate with entry systems.
• Assist with housing searches, deposits, and move-in logistics.
• Maintain documentation in EHR and billing systems.
• Coordinate with care teams, landlords, and partners.
• Provide tenancy support and eviction-prevention guidance.
