Job summary

The Salvation Army - North and Central Illinois Division seeks a Case Manager to support homeless families at Evangeline Booth Lodge. You will develop comprehensive case plans, provide housing guidance, coordinate with TANF and CPS partners, and maintain detailed HMIS records.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year (five preferred) of case management experience; the role requires strong communication and advocacy skills in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to prevention of homelessness by providing housing information, advice and assistance to homeless families.
