Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible experience in administration, real estate, customer service, hospitality, marketing or equivalent combination.
• Experience in residential real estate is preferred.
• Licensed as a Realtor through the Colorado Real Estate Commission or ability to obtain within the first six months.
• Member of the Vail Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors, or ability to join shortly after employment.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred; occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Master Eagle County Housing Programs and related down payment assistance and deed-restricted programs.
• Champion affordable housing and assist with homeownership and rental initiatives.
• Find creative solutions to housing challenges and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on community impact.
