This entry-level opportunity emphasizes customer service, organization, and adaptability; Spanish is a plus. Expect onboarding across multiple teams and the chance to learn the real estate brokerage workflow in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, front desk, hospitality, or office experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Curious about real estate and eager to learn.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong service focus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors and connect them with the right broker or team member.
• Support brokers with day-to-day office and administrative needs.
• Keep offices and conference rooms organized, stocked, and client-ready.
• Answer phones and assist with incoming and outgoing mail.
• Help coordinate office meetings, events, and special projects.
• Assist with reporting and other administrative needs.
