Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate is seeking an On-Call Broker Services Coordinator to support our Eagle County offices. You will assist brokers, manage front desk tasks, and help coordinate meetings and client services. This role offers hourly pay and opportunities to learn real estate systems.
Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable learning new software. Prior administrative or front desk experience is preferred; Spanish is a plus.
On-Call | $23–$25/hour + Quarterly Bonus Potential

About the Role
Slifer Smith & Frampton is looking for an On-Call Broker Services Coordinator to support our offices throughout Eagle County. You'll work alongside experienced real estate brokers as well as our marketing and broker support teams while learning the systems, tools, and day-to-day operations that keep a busy brokerage moving.
What You'll Do
Along the way, you'll get a firsthand look at how a brokerage operates and how our brokers and teams work together to serve clients throughout the Vail Valley.
Location: Onsite at SSF offices throughout Eagle County

You Might Be a Great Fit if You...
Previous administrative, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or office experience is preferred. Spanish fluency is a plus.
