Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Houseperson to ensure guest areas and public spaces remain clean and orderly. You will respond to guest and department requests and report maintenance issues promptly.

Responsibilities include restocking linen on floors, trash removal, cleaning lobbies, pool and gym areas, vacuuming halls, and collecting newspapers and soiled items at shift start/end. This role supports a clean, safe hotel environment.

• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk assigned floors at start/end shift to collect newspapers, bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock on each floor pantry.
• Clean lobby area including guest bathrooms, pool and fitness center daily.
• Vacuum and clean guest halls and elevator lobbies.
• Empty trash around exterior of the hotel.

Description

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
• Clean lobby area including guest bathrooms, pool and fitness center daily.
• Vacuum and clean guest halls and elevator lobbies.
• Empty trash around exterior of the hotel.
