Peachtree Group is seeking a Houseperson to respond promptly to guest requests and assist in maintaining guest rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the hotel. You will identify maintenance issues and coordinate with other departments.

• Walk assigned floors at shift start/end to collect bags, newspapers, trash and soiled linen
• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots and ensure supply levels
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock on each floor pantry

Job description

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.

Removes trash collected by room attendants.

Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.

Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
