Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Houseperson to ensure clean and orderly guestrooms and public areas. You will promptly respond to guest and department requests, identify maintenance issues, and assist with linen handling and trash removal on assigned floors.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Perform tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.
• Walk assigned floors at the start and end of shift to collect bags, newspapers, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock of linen on each floor pantry.

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
