Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Houseperson to support hospitality operations in Prattville, Alabama. You will respond to guest and department requests and help identify maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms.

You will perform cleaning and organizational tasks to keep guestrooms and premises in order, including linen handling and trash removal across assigned floors. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance,

• Assist with linen handling, trash removal and supply restocking as needed.

Description

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
