Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to support housekeeping operations. You will respond promptly to guest requests, report maintenance issues, and help maintain clean, orderly guestrooms and public areas.

The role involves receiving linen supplies, stocking carts, delivering items, walking floors to collect trash and linen, and replenishing par levels on floor pantries. The position includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and remove trash from hallways and carts.
• Respond to guest calls and deliver requested items.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Maintains housekeeping carts and remove trash from hallways and carts.
• Respond to guest calls and deliver requested items.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
