LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to provide overall support to housekeeping operations, ensuring quality standards and efficient service at our Charlottesville-area property.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and careful attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning inspection, performance evaluation, and process improvements to enhance guest experience and safety.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ability to lead others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Must be able to move luggage weighing up to 30 lb.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and established standards.
• Investigate complaints about service and equipment and take corrective action.
• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities to determine the type of work required.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Recommend changes to improve service and increase operational efficiency.
• Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems and discuss company policies.
• Monitor/assess performance of yourself and others to make improvements.
• Understand implications of new information for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Talk to others to convey information effectively.
• Other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by manager.
