Job summary

Valor is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee all housekeeping activities, ensuring top-tier cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and efficient operations within the resort environment. Led by senior hotel leadership, you will manage staffing, training, and coordination with maintenance and front desk to deliver consistent, high-quality service across all areas.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in rooms management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in rooms management or a related management position.
• Hotel experience preferred and strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards. Document and report any issues or deficiencies to the appropriate department.
• Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service standards.
• Guest Interaction: Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Inventory Management: Assist in management of cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure all necessary materials are available.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure rooms are ready for guests and to facilitate smooth operations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure quality control and consistency among housekeeping staff.
