Qualifications

• College Degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• Prior experience leading and supervising teams.
• Experience working with department financials and budgets.
• Proficient computer skills and customer service background.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping team to ensure a clean and fully functional facility.
• Hire and train team members; develop staffing plans and schedules.
• Monitor productivity; provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and respond to housekeeping requests.
• Coordinate with Facilities Director for maintenance and repairs.
• Operate within budget guidelines for supplies and costs.
