McKibbon Hospitality in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper and lead the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure safety and brand standards, manage inventory and costs, train associates on policies, and drive guest satisfaction while promoting the company’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum housekeeping experience in a hotel.
• Experience with major hotel brands preferred (Marriott/Hilton/Starwood).
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate housekeeping equipment.
• Willing to uphold brand standards and McKibbon Guiding Principles.
