HHM Hotels in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, maintain brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will train, schedule, coach and support associates while enforcing safety and sustainability practices.

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand standards and HHM core values.
• Screen job applicants and hire new employees when needed.
• Train staff to clean rooms to established standards and coordinate with external vendors if necessary.
• Monitor guest service scores and drive improvement for higher satisfaction.
• Prepare work schedules and manage staffing based on occupancy.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety protocols (MSDS/OSHA).
• Assist in breakfast area as needed and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
