HHM Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping staff and ensure brand and guest-service standards are met. You will drive training, scheduling and performance, while upholding HHM’s sustainability guidelines and safety practices.

The role involves coordinating staffing, supporting guest satisfaction metrics, and occasionally assisting with room cleaning or laundry supervision as needed. A focus on professional development and adherence to EarthView programs is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have prior housekeeping experience or equivalent training.
• Some supervisory responsibility is preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and compliance with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand and HHM standards.
• Screen applicants and hire new employees where applicable.
• Oversee cleaning of rooms and common areas and ensure efficiency and safety.
