The ideal candidate has one year of supervisory housekeeping experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• One year of housekeeping supervisor experience is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand standards and HHM values.
• Observe staff performance to ensure efficient operations and compliance with policies.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness, appearance and safety.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy and delegate duties.
• Manage inventory and submit orders for supplies.
