Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year housekeeping supervisor experience required.
• Ability to interview, train, coach and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform to brand standards and HHM values.
• Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness, appearance and safety.
• Answer inquiries about hotel policies and services and resolve guest complaints.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy and assign duties.
• Take inventory and submit inventory orders for supplies.
• Prepare required departmental paperwork.
• Communicate guest service scores to drive improvements.
• Maintain safety, key control and risk management standards.
• Maintain departmental expenses in line with budget.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Practice safe work habits and participate in safety committees.
